60% Grenache, 30% Samsó (Carignan), farmed sustainably on licorella black slate rocks at 1,300’ elevation. The varietals are vinified separately, with 27 days of maceration and fermentation in steel. Aged 14 months in 300L French oak barrels in the estate’s underground cellar. 15.5% alcohol. Full bodied, dry, intense and powerful. Aromas and flavors of sweet black fruits- blackberry, blueberry,black currant- along with dark chocolate, herbal spices and floral overtones alonsgside pleasing oak notes of vanilla, spice and aromatic wood.
