100% Nebbiolo sourced from all of Boroli’s crus, including La Brunella, Villero, Cerequio, and Serradenari. Hand harvested, fully destemmed, and fermented in steel with the traditional “submerged cap” method. Aged for 24 months in two year old French oak. 13.9% alcohol. 25,000 bottles made. This is a relatively easy-drinking Barolo. This wine exudes a very classic profile, macerated cherries, dried rose, savory herbs, truffle and turned earth. The palate is graced with the essence of crushed and macerated fruits, while hints of bay leaf and tree foliage bring a sense of the wild outdoors into the glass. The texture is lush, with a lively and energetic nature that allows the ripe red fruits to stand tall next to the warm savory spices and dark earthy tones on the finish.
