80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand harvested, de-stemmed, and cold soaked for 5 days with daily pump over circulating. Cofermented with native yeasts. Aged for 16 months in 100% French oak (a mix of once filled and neutral 500L barrels) and 265L cigar shaped terracotta, the final 6 months in 500L sandstone amphora before bottling. 13.4% alcohol.
