A delicious baby Brunello made up of 100% organically grown Sangiovese from younger vines on the property. Aged for 14 months in Slovenian oak foudres. The 2018 is so fine and delicious, with a restrained nose of spiced ripe cherry and cool blueberry with barely perceptible oak influence. Elegant and restrained on the palate despite its weight, which is considerable, its got dusty fruit flavors accented by classic Montalcino notes of mint and minerals. Very fine tannins play against bright acidity on the extremely long finish.
