100% Riesling from 2-25 year old vines on weathered Devonian slate. 11% alcohol.  This is the entry level wine of Dr. Fischer, and offers a refreshing and crisp profile with lively citrus and green apple flavors that dance on the palate, complemented by delicate floral aromas reminiscent of spring blossoms. A subtle touch of slate minerality adds depth and complexity, enhancing the wine’s overall character. Its balanced acidity and clean, lingering finish make it a perfect pairing for seafood, light pasta dishes, or spicy cuisine, beautifully reflecting the distinct terroir of the Mosel region.
