100% Nebbiolo from the commune of Verduno. Hand harvested and fermented in 5000 liter botti grande with native yeasts and macerated on the skins for a total of 21 days cappello sommerso. Aged in 8000 liter botti grande for 24 months. Classic notes of dried cherries, dried roses, star anise, tobacco, orange peel, cocoa and fresh earth.Full bodied and bone dry but not astrigent, with well balanced acidity.
