2021 Ser Dry Orange Muscat 'Pear Valley Vineyard'

A truly delicious and unique white wine- don’t be scared by the words “orange” and “Muscat”- this is neither an orange (skin contact) wine nor a sweet wine! It’s 100% Orange Muscat from the Pear Valley Vineyard in Paso Robles. Whole-cluster pressed to a stainless-steel tank, and cold fermented with native yeasts to retain fresh aromatics. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur according to winemaker Nicole Walsh’s (foremrly of Bonny Doon) minimal intervention phislosophy. Packed with fragrant aromas of orange blossom, fresh pear and citrus rind, this is a light, easy to drink white with super fresh acidity and a really long, lingering finish.
