A classic Rioja Rosado! It's a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano. Grapes come from the vineyards of Mendavia and Ausejo, where the Mediterranean climate with continental influence provides ideal conditions for perfect grape ripening for rosado production. The distinctive color of this rosé is achieved through a combination of maceration of the must with the skins until the rosé must is bled off and it's direct pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks.
Tasting Notes
Showcases a bright raspberry-pink hue with violet reflections. The nose is fragrant with red fruits, floral, and herbal notes, while the palate is fresh, round, and fruity with a balanced finish. In comparison to a Provencal rosé, this is softer, juicier, and has a bit riper fruit notes.
