100% certified sustinable Chardonnay. Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Full malolactic fermentation. 13.5% alcohol.
Full bodied, rich, creamy, buttery California Chardonnay! Aromas and flavors of baked apples, ripe apricots and pears, buttered toast and vanilla. Although it is creamy and full bodied, it manages to stay fresh.
The name Ca’ Momi [pronounced Kah-Moh-Mee] is the name of founders Valentina Guolo & Stefano Migotto’s family home near the village of Torreglia in the Veneto, Italy. It once belonged to Momi dea Bionda, a hardworking farmer who became a local legend for his obsessive devotion to his family, farm and vineyards and for the rifle he would easily fire to defend them. Valentina and Stefano came to the Napa Valley in the late 1990s. Their first vintage in California was in 2005. They’re known for their excellent value, in contrast to most other Napa producers.
