22% Grenache, 34% Syrah, 17% Rolle, 19% Cinsault, 8% Mourvèdre; all certified organic. This classic Provencal pink pours a very pale pink and shows off aromas of fresh raspberry, grapefruit, strawberry and melon. Light in body but weightier in the mouth than expected, with crisp, clean fruit flavors and acidity that’s still very fresh, even if it has rounded off a bit. The clay-limestone soils, typical sunny and windy Mediterranean climate, and dedication to organic farming provide the perfect conditions for rosé.
