Around 90% Sangiovese with a small percentage of other indigenous grapes (ie, Canaiolo). Aged six months in a combination of stainless steel tanks and 32HL wooden barrels. Delicious, easy-drinking Chianti! Perfect partner for pizza, pasta (add the meatballs!), lasagna, simply-prepared meat dishes and poultry. Black cherry, black currant, leather, earth and almond flavors mark this red. Fresh and balanced, lingering nicely on the finish. Sangiovese and Canaiolo.
