Product Details
Wine Type: White WIne
Grape Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc
Country of Origin: USA- California
Appellation/Region: Sonoma County

100% Sauvignon Blanc from five different hillside vineyards in the Russian River Valley and the Sonoma Coast AVAs. Hand sorted, gently pressed, and fermented in steel and French oak. Aged on the lees in neutral French oak. 13.4% alcohol. 2,700 cases made.  This intensely aromatic SB shows off zesty notes of  key lime, lemon, stonefruit and chalk with just a hint of freshly cut grass, along with tons of crisp, mouthwatering acidity. Super juicy and supremely balanced. Fall in love with California Sauv Blanc again! Born and raised in Colombia, Bibiana González Rave knew she would be a winemaker at age 14. She has worked at La Crema, Peay Vineyards, Au Bon Climat, Qupé, and was the head winemaker at Lynmar Estate. She’s also married to famed winemaker Jeff Pisoni.

90 points, Decanter. "From the hands of Colombian-born Bibiana González Rave comes this intensely aromatic and expressive Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose, the wine gives heaps of citrus, from key lime to lemon candies, stone fruit and faint aromas of cut grass. High acidity and juiciness burst from the glass, with flavours of elderflower. It is a wine that seriously over-delivers for the price."
