2023 Domaine Mann Riesling 'Happy Lemon'

100% certified organic and biodynamic Riesling from several different plots of the estate’s youngest vines. Since the Mann family believes that vines don’t show their true terroir until they are at least 15 years old, this wine is meant to be a pure expression of the Riesling grape. Hand-picked. Gentle pressing and native yeast fermentation. Aging on the lees.All stainless steel. Bottled unfined/unfiltered with no added So2- zero-zero! Only 50 cases made.
