55% Sémillon from the historic Bedrock Vineyard blended with unspecified amounts of Chenin Blanc, Marsanne, Viognier and Chardonnay from the Brosseau Vineyard in Chalone. Sees 60 days of skin contact. Native yeast fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with very low sulphur. Textured, fresh, mineral driven and zesty, with tons of tangerine, lemon, chamomille tea, salt spray and a hint of oxidative nuttiness. The aciidty is super fresh and like all of these EDWCY wines, the finish sticks around forever. Really interesting and delicious wine here. These wines are small production and highly sought after- we’ll drink anything Hardy makes!
