100% Sauvignon Blanc from two vineyards on Kimmeridgian marl composed of layers of clay and fossilized shells (small oysters) with limestone sediments. Vines are farmed sustainably (HVE certified) without the use of herbicides. Direct pressed and done entirely in steel. A crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with delicate aromas of exotic fruit, citrus notes and a hint of white floral blossom. Lovely and textured on the palate with a mouthwatering finish. Situated in Bué in the Sancerre region of the Loire Valley, the Millet family has been making wine for over five generations. Steve Millet oversees the winemaking of his family’s estate, Domaine Gérard Millet, which includes a total of 59 acres of vineyard, of which 47 are in the Sancerre appellation and 12 are in Menetou-Salon.
