Edelzwicker is an Alsatian wine term taken from the German words “edel” (noble) and “zwicker” (blend). This wine blend is unique to Alsatian winemaking only includes the noble varietals. The blend is traditionally balanced, clean, crisp, and minimally sweet. Fully destemmed, fermented with native yeasts and given 48 hours of skin contact. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 12.2% alcohol. 1,300 cases made.

Your new favorite orange wine! This wine just rules- it’s so distinctive, charming and delicious. Bold aromatics and flavors of orange blossom, lychee, salted grapefruit, tangerine and stone fruit. Dry but not bone dry, with a medium body, soft texture and mouthwatering acidity, this just begs you to keep sipping.

Union Sacré is one of the most unique wineries on the Central Coast. Devoted to Alsance varieties only thing that can be said is it is treading a new path.  While other chase more mainstream things, this label, with its French born and raised winemaker, is doing things in a different way. Xavier Arnaudin studied winemaking in France and was supposed to go to Argentina for his first international winemaking internship. However, due to an unfortunate happening, he ended up in Paso Robles. Since arriving, he has never looked back.  Made by two long-time friends, Xavier and Philip, who arrived at the Central Coast from opposite ends of the Earth. Xavier is a WSET certified, Oenology degree holder from France, Philip is a self-taught designer from Michigan who kind of misses living in a van. Between the two of them, Xavier and Philip have 25+ years of experience working in Central Coast wineries.
