100% Albariño from Salnés Valley. Traditional seven-foot high pergola vine training, mainly west-facing towards the Atlantic Ocean. Integrated viticulture aimed at enhancing the natural heritage and biodiversity. Hand harvested in small crates, soft pressed and fermented in stainless steel.
Classic Albariño with floral notes, zesty citrus, and a distinctive saline minerality that speaks to its coastal origin. Tons of ripe citrus and stone fruit with white flowers; fresh but slightly creamy in the midpalate, while finishing with mouthwatering acidity. Excellent stuff!
Veiga Naúm is a new project from the venerable Riojanas family of Rioja. The estate’s vineyards, bathed in Atlantic breezes and nurtured by the region’s mineral-rich soils, yield grapes of exceptional quality. Every cluster is hand-harvested, ensuring only the finest fruit is selected. The winemaking process combines traditional methods with modern techniques, emphasizing minimal intervention to let the terroir shine through. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks preserves the vibrant, crisp, and aromatic qualities that define their Albariño wines. They only produce this one single wine!
