79% Syrah, 11% Grenache,10% Touriga Naçional, sustainably farmed from 20+ year old vines, mostly on sand and clay soils. Fermented with native yeasts only in open top fermenters with various amounts of whole cluster inclusion and up to 30 days of skin contact. Aged 6 months in neutral oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 12.5% alcohol. Only 15ppm sulphur addition at bottling. 321 cases made. Fresh, light, crisp and fragrant, with aromas of red berries, blood orange, Campari herbal bitterness. Light, playful and juicy on the palate, with similar vibrant red berry fruit and herbal notes to the nose and a bit of crunch. Chill and crush!
