100% sustainable Glera (the grape of Prosecco) from steep hilsside vineyards in the Marca Trevigiana subzone of the Valdobbiadene. Fermented with native yeasts and made in the Charmat method (like Prosecco). Bone dry, with only 2g/L of dosage. 11% alcohol. Fresh, crisp, and effortlessly charming. Aromas of green apple, pear skin, lemon zest, and wildflowers lead to a lively, mouthwatering palate that’s clean and dry but filled with crunchy orchard fruit. The bubbles are gentle—more of a playful spritz than a full sparkle—giving it a texture that feels refreshing rather than aggressive. The finish is clean, bright, and lightly saline, begging for another sip (or another bottle). Bisson was founded in the 1970s by Piero Lugano, a former art teacher from the Ligurian coast who became one of the most respected wine artisans in the region. Originally a wine shop owner in the town of Chiavari, Lugano transitioned into winemaking when he realized that the only way to create the styles he loved was to produce them himself.
