Collebianco means “white hill”. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel. Aged 8 months on the lees. 13.5% alcohol. A super energetic, vibrant white, loaded with aromas of fresh lemon and lime, notes of rosemary and zesty, refreshing acidity. A vibrant, cleansing finish makes this a super versatile food wine. Growing up amidst the vineyards of Castelli di Jesi, Edoardo’s formal education laid the foundation for his future in winemaking. With degrees in Viticulture and Enology, including a doctoral focus on soil cover cropping, he pioneers innovative solutions to combat climate change’s effects on winemaking, earning him the esteemed title of Italy’s Best Young Winemaker by Slow Wine.
