The blend is selected to achieve the original Napa style from the 1960s, allowing legendary winemaker Steve Matthiason to pull select lots without restrictions to craft a blend that’s both classic and fresh while ensuring all barrels find a good home. This balanced, Bordeaux-styled red is remarkably balanced and light on its feet like bright cherry and blackberry juice with a complex earthy core. Acidity and tannins and both present but smooth. Ready to drink.
