On the palate there’s fresh apples and pears with a crisp finish. Fantastic, easy drinking aperitif! Ettore Anselmi first planted vines in 1937 after he bought his first hectare outside the town of Pocenia in the heart of sunny Friuli. Today, brothers Giuseppe and Luigi Anselmi continue the family estate. They both studied enology at schools in Trentino, and have traveled to the Veneto and Tuscany to visit other quality wineries and learn new techniques.
