You know that epic Champagne tasting we throw every December? Yeah, the one where you all show up early, drink like it’s New Year’s Eve, and then ask us why we only do it once a year?

Well… you wore us down. In the best way.

Here's the thing, though. Sparkling wine isn’t just Champagne (though yes, we’ll be pouring some killer grower bottles). There’s a whole world of bubbles out there—Prosecco, Lambrusco, Cava, Crémants, and more—each with its own style, grape, vibe, and price point. That’s exactly why we decided to broaden the theme for this event. Because while Champagne may own New Year’s Eve, there are plenty of sparkling wines perfect for everything else—weddings, graduations, summer pool parties… or just a random Wednesday when you’re feeling fancy.

December is buttoned-up and black-tie. Summer is patio tables, flip-flops, and celebration without a dress code. This tasting brings the bubbles and the mood. Think of it as the warm-weather remix of your favorite winter event.
