100% organic Cabernet Franc from 40+ year old vines, rediscovered by chance in the Solatìo vineyards in Greve in Chianti in the 1990s. The destemmed grapes are placed in small 50 hl stainless steel tanks, where they remain for 15 days. After racking, the wine is transferred and undergoes malolactic fermentation.Aged for 18-24 months in French oak barrique. 14% alcohol. 6,000 bottles made.
