47% Corvina, 28% Corvinone, 23% Rondinella, 2% Oseleta, all farmed organically on the site of an old limestone quarry. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged in concrete for nine months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur. 13.5% alcohol. Shows off a complex bouquet of ripe red cherries, leafy notes, and subtle baking spice. Light to medium in body with juicy and fruit-forward with crisp acidity and lighter, approachable tannins. Flavors of fresh red and black fruit are complemented by earthy, non-fruit characteristics like tobacco leaf, mushroom, and a touch of caramel. “Tasi” translates to “shut up” in the local dialect—a playful nod to not taking life too seriously.
