100% Niellucciu. Farming is certified organic and biodynamic. Hand harvested, sorted and destemmed. Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts and aged in Rousseau foudre for 12 to 18 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur at bottling only. 13.5% alcohol. This elegant wine emanates a deep and mysterious aroma you could get lost in, with cherries, raspberries, violets, rose, anise, flint. The flavors penetrate and linger, offering suggestions of black cherry and fragrant blackberry, with an undercurrent of wet stone and iron-y minerality. Clean and pure, with high acid and very fine tannin.  Decant to drink now.  A native Corsican, Muriel Giudicelli learned her craft at small wineries across France and under the mentorship of famed Corsican vigneron Antoine Arena.
