100% biodynamically farmed Nebbiolo- Zanolari is the only biodynamic winery in the area! Sourced from vines 15-80 years old, hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts in steel. Aged for 12 months in steel. Minimal sulphur additions at bottling only. 13% alcohol. Great drinkability and freshness both in the aromas and on the palate for this delicate wine. Satin smooth, cherry and light licorice, hint of gravel and red earth. You can notice a soft scent of roses combined with fresh red fruit like cherries or raspberries, which makes it exciting to drink. To get the best out of it, let the wine breathe a little before serving – about half an hour in av c carafe is perfect. It goes wonderfully with light meats like tender chicken, soft veal, or even a mildly spiced pork tenderloin.
