100% organic Pinot Noir. Hand harvested, fermented in concrete with 50% whole-cluster fermentation and carbonic maceration to enhance fruitiness and aromatic complexity. Aged for 18 to 20 months in a combination of unroasted French oak foudres and concrete vats. 13% alcohol. This is the barrel selection blend of the winery’s finest lots of Pinot. Hints of hibiscus open the nose, followed by bright raspberries and light notes of pomegranate. The palate reveals depth with delicate cherry flavors, backed by vibrant acidity. Touches of spice emerge in the finish. Fresh and well-structured, this showcases the elegance expected from Pinot Noir. Bodega Otronia, located in Sarmiento, Chubut, Argentina, is recognized as one of the southernmost wine estates globally- this is the same area as the renowned Bodegas Chacra.
