2021 Caraccioli Brut Rosé 'Private Property'

The secret-ish second label of Caraccioli, one of California’s finest sparkling wine producers. It’s 57% Chardonnay and 43% Pinot Noir (1% still wine added for color) from the Escolle Vineyard. Unlike the flagship Caraccioli rosé, this sees no reserve wine and a shorter amount of lees contact.

A pale shade of pink in the glass, the wine begins with soft aromas of melon, Meyer lemon zest and sea shell.
