100% organic Sangioves grown on a small, meticulously tended vineyard in the southern reaches of Montalcino. Ages for 4 months in 20-30hL Slavonian oak botti and 4 months in stainless steel before bottling. In the glass, it shows a radiant ruby hue and opens with aromas of red cherry, rose petal, and warm Tuscan herbs. There’s a vibrancy that speaks to Roberto’s belief in wines that are alive—bright acidity, silky tannins, and a savory, mineral finish that lingers with grace. Unlike more opulent expressions of the region, this Rosso is deliberately pure and honest—meant to be enjoyed at the table, shared with friends, and paired with the foods Roberto himself grew up eating: wild boar ragù, grilled vegetables, and rustic bread soaked in olive oil.
