100% organic Rondinella from the Classico region. Handpicking in late September. Fermentation on the skins. The malolactic fermentation occurs naturally as the temperature rises after winter. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red, fairly bright color. Medium-bodied. Juicy. Complex aroma, marked floral notes of violet, fruity hints of cherry, strong hint of raspberry. The finish offers a pleasant sweet, spicy note. Nice flavor, soft and intense, pleasant acidity, full-flavored and well-balanced.

Founded in 1925, Monteci Winery is now run by the fifth generation of the Righetti family. They own 200 hectares of vines, with 70 being in prime Valpolicella Classico territory and 45 in the Lugana area, all farmed organically and sustainably.
