100% Aligoté from plots located in Puligny-Montrachet and Corpeau. The grapes are grown sustainably in calcareous clay and silty clay soils. 100% crushed grapes. 24h static settling. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Aged for 10 months in 60% stainless steel and 40% oak. 12% alcohol. Fresh and zesty profile featuring vivid lemon, subtle yellow fruits, a touch of butter, and faint hints of cut hay and wet-stone minerality. Expressive, with a light-to-medium body, pleasant tension, and a slight textural richness balanced by crisp, lively acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, paired with seafood, oysters, or traditional Burgundian dishes like jambon persillé (parsley ham) and snails.
