2021 Roederer Estate Brut 'Clark Road'

77.6% Pinot Noir, 22.4% Chardonnay. This vineyard is on the cool west side of Anderson Valley, where Pinot Noir thrives and Roederer has been farming for over 25 years. Clark Road was partially fermented in casks (7%) and with a small amount of reserve wine aged in casks (4.8%) to give the Roederer Estate family touch. It was disgorged in December 2024 after 30 months on the yeast. Dosage is 5.5g/L. 12.5% alcohol. 581 cases made.
