2022 Ad Ripa Cabernet Sauvignon

100% Cabernet Sauvignon; farmed organically (uncertified). Fully destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in open-top oak vats. Spends two weeks on the skins, with gentle extraction using pumpovers. Aged 22 months in French oak barrels (50% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 13.5% alcohol.

Ad Ripa is the new project from Tyler Willett, best known for Tyler Winery and Lieu Dit. The new label allows Justin to fully dedicate himself to expressing the distinct terroir of Happy Canyon, located in the easternmost corner of Santa Barbara County.
