85% Bonarda Piemontese, 15% Barbera, farmed biodynamically from a small vineyard located in San Michele. Cofermented with one day of skin contact. Native yeast fermentation and all stainless steel winemaking. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur. This Rosato toes the line between light red and dark rosé. Dominant aromas include vibrant red fruits such as wild strawberry, redcurrant, and tart raspberry, complemented by delicate floral notes of dried flowers. There are also intriguing hints of pithy grapefruit and a subtle savory herbaceousness, adding complexity to its fruit-driven core. On the palate, the wine is decidedly dry, light-bodied, and remarkably refreshing, offering a crisp and highly enjoyable drinking experience.
