100% Chardonnay from red limestone soils. Fermented and aged in 100% new French oak barriques for 12-14 months. 13% alcohol. 

Saints Hills’ vineyards are but a stone’s throw away from Dubrovnik, and two from Diocletian’s Palace in Split and Vespasian’s Amphitheater in Pula. World renowned oenologist Michel Rolland is a consultant on this Dalmatian project, which has quickly become a fan favorite winery here.
