Located between Chaux and Villers-la-Faye, it is mid-slope and one of best spots in Hautes Cotes de Nuits with deep soil, very close to rock. Fully destemmed. Fermented without sulfur (minimal at bottling). Aged for 18 months in used barrels (four years or more).
