2022 Yount Mill Cabernet Sauvignon

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 22 months in French oak. 14.1% alcohol. Medium to medium full bodied, soft, fruity and smooth, this is a screaming deal on Napa Cab that doesn’t need to be cellared or decanted- enjoy it tonight! Classic Napa Cab aromas of ripe blackberry, plum and ripe dark cherry alongside oak noes of vanilla and barrel spice. Juicy but not tart acidity and low, smooth tannins give this a supple, smooth mouthfeel.  Yount Mill is a new label taking advantage of high quality and low priced Napa fruit on the market right now. It is made by Michael Pozzan of Pozzan Family Wines, founded in 1991. Winemaking is part of their family heritage; Michael’s great grandfather planted grapevines in Piedmont, Italy in the late 1800s.
