2023 Adler Pinot Noir Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT

100% Pinot Noir sourced from hillside vineyards in Alto Adige’s Vigneti delle Dolomiti zone. Fermented in stainless steel with gentle extraction to preserve freshness and varietal purity, followed by aging primarily in neutral vessels and large oak casks to avoid heavy oak influence and maintain the wine’s Alpine character.

Bright and lifted aromatically, with notes of red cherry, cranberry, wild strawberry, dried rose petals, and subtle Alpine herbs. Medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, soft tannins, and a fresh mineral edge that keeps the wine energetic and food-friendly, finishing with a savory earthiness typical of northern Italian Pinot Noir.

Adler Wine was founded in 2021 by Marco Scartezzini, a longtime Alto Adige wine professional and former Commercial Director of Abbazia di Novacella. The project focuses on showcasing the unique terroir of the Isarco Valley and Alto Adige through clean, terroir-driven wines made in collaboration with small local growers.
