2023 Fasoli Gino 'Corte del Pozzo' Prosecco Brut DOC

100% certified organic and biodynamic Glera.  Aromas of spring wild flower, roses and white stone fruit lead the nose on this classic offering. The simple but delicious palate offers yellow apple and pear alongside brisk bubbles and crisp acidity. Pairs well with light dishes, especially those with tomato sauces or soups- also wonderful as an aperitif. Founded in 1925 and dedicated to the production of wine in the Verona area, the Fasoli Gino company has been practicing organic farming since 1984 and has been using the biodynamic method since 2006: no chemical pesticides to ensure a natural balance of the soil, thus strengthening and revitalizing plants, promoting their biodiversity.
