100% Riesling from the single ‘Kick On Ranch’ Vineyard in Santa Barbara County, just a few miles West of Los Alamos, getting close to the ocean and Vandenberg Air Force Base. Fermented for eighteen hours on the skins in stainless steel tank and aged in neutral 130 gallon barrels.  237 cases made. 12.3% alcohol

About Union Sacré

Union Sacré is one of the most unique wineries on the Central Coast. Devoted to Alsance varieties only thing that can be said is it is treading a new path.  While other chase more mainstream things, this label, with its French born and raised winemaker, is doing things in a different way. Xavier Arnaudin studied winemaking in France and was supposed to go to Argentina for his first international winemaking internship. However, due to an unfortunate happening, he ended up in Paso Robles. Since arriving, he has never looked back.  Made by two long-time friends, Xavier and Philip, who arrived at the Central Coast from opposite ends of the Earth. Xavier is a WSET certified, Oenology degree holder from France, Philip is a self-taught designer from Michigan who kind of misses living in a van. Between the two of them, Xavier and Philip have 25+ years of experience working in Central Coast wineries.
