60% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache, and 10% Cinsault; all certified sustainably farmed with biodynamic practices. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented at low temperatures. Pressing via pneumatic press, then static settling for 12 hours. No acidification. Aged six months in tank. This offers up an attractive bouquet of blood orange, raspberry, citrus zest, and mineral. Equally charming on the palate, this is a zesty, fresh, and thirst-quenching rose that’s perfect for the dog days of summer. Light bodied and dry, mineral driven and lean with notes of strawberry, cantaloupe, red flowers, cotton candy, and white stone, with bright acidity and a long clean finish. With 40 acres under vine, Bastide de la Ciselette sits to the north of the village of Brulat du Castellet, looking east to the medieval village of Castellet and south to the Cadière-d’Azur.
