100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from Calvet’s extensive holdings throughout Bordeaux. Fermented and aged simply in stainless steel. 12.0% alcohol. 

Crisp, easy going, classic Sauvignon Blanc at a very good price. Aromatic nose of green apple, melon, citrus and light tropical fruits. Not too herbal, peppery, or grassy. Balanced acidity makes this feel fresh but not tart. 

Founded originally in the Languedoc region, the family expanded heavily into Bordeaux, opening major cellars in the Chartrons district in 1850. While operating as a négociant (wine merchant) across major French regions, Bordeaux remains its largest focus. It is known for value-priced red Bordeaux AOC blends (Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon), prestigious appellation wines (like Saint-Émilion and Margaux), and sparkling Crémant de Bordeaux.
