100% organic Gamay from the Barsotti Vineyard, located at 2800’ elevation above the town of Placerville. 50% whole cluster, fermented using native yeast, aged in neutral French oak, unfined and unfiltered, minimal sulphur. 12.5% alcohol. Only 146 cases made.
