2025 Caruso e Minini Frappato Rosé 'Frappo'

100% organic Frappato from vineyards in the Marsala area of western Sicily. Hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged simply in stainless steel.Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur. 12.5% alcohol. Light, crisp and bone dry, with fragrant notes of strawberry, mint, crushed rock, rose petal florals, crunchy red apple and a little bit of lime zest. Excellent, fresh and very summery.  Caruso & Minini boasts a history that dates back to the late 1800’s when Antonio Caruso bought the company to grow grapes for the nearby Marsala factories. In 2004, Stefano Caruso joined forces with Mario Minini of Lombardy to launch the present-day winery. Today, Stefano’s daughter Giovanna works closely with her father to head up this historic winery.
