NV Bellavista Franciacorta 'Grande Cuvée Alma' Non Dosato

76% Chardonnay and 24% Pinot Nero, sourced exclusively from Bellavista’s estate vineyards across Franciacorta. Hand harvested and gently pressed. 31% of the final blend is aged in small oak pièces, adding texture and complexity without overt oak character. Made in the traditional (Champagne) method with 30 months on the lees. No dosage.  Crisp citrus, green apple, and subtle stone fruit lead the nose, followed by chalky minerality and restrained lees notes. The palate is taut and energetic, with fine bubbles, vibrant acidity, and a long, savory finish that stays clean and focused. This is sparkling wine built for the table - especially foods with salt, fat, and texture. Fried calamari or arancini, Prosciutto, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and almond, oysters or shellfish with citrus, tempura vegetables or shrimp... the list goes on and on.
