Pours a lovely pale orange-pink color with a lively, almost aggressive mousse. Strawberry, cherry, red apple on the nose, with red fruits and a bit more citrus peeking in on the palate alongside light notes of toast and brioche. Light to medium bodied and very dry, with medium-plus acidity and a long, super fresh finish.
