NV Domaine Mann White Blend ‘Méli-Mélo’

A blend of Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris; all farming is organic and biodynamic. Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, blended at the start of native fermentation. Aged on the lees in steel. This awesomely aromatic Edelzwicker-like wine shows off notes of lychee, rose, orange marmalade, pear and honeysuckle. Light bodied and dry, with medium-plus acidity and a bit of phenolic grip on the finish. Surprisingly easy to drink- this is the winemaker Sébastien Mann’s “secret” blend and he labels it as non-vintage so no one knows how old it is!  Jean-Louis, Fabienne and Sébastien are a family of winemakers dedicated to producing exceptional, terroir-driven wines from the picturesque commune of Eguisheim in Alsace. They farm 32 acres with full committment to organic, biodynamic and regenerative agriculture.
