NV Ridgeview Estate Brut Rosé 'Fitzrovia'

45% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Noir Précoce, 19% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir.  Hand picked, fermented in steel with partial malo; aged on the lees for 18 months. Dosage is 9g/L.  Pours a lush deep pink with a very energetic mousse. Tons of floral notes, strawberries, cream and toast on the nose. The wine is dry but not bone dry, full of flavor and perfectly balanced, with plenty of acidity behind its slight creaminess in texture.. Watermelon, red strawberries, lime and minerality on the palate.  This was served to President Obama on a state visit to England!
