Union Sacré is one of those rare "we ALL love these wines!" producers here at ELS/Ancora Vino. Everyone here not only sells these wines, we all drink these wines. These are not your typical "Paso" wines - made from Rhone varietals and in a big, fruit-forward style. These are lighter, fresher, easier-drinking wines made mainly from Alsatian grapes (with a few other fun grapes in the mix). And you wanna talk about value?? These are all mind-bending wines for the money. Plus, these are great summer sippers AND food-friendly table wines. Come on out and "get bent" with us!

This is a tale of adventure and passion that is sure to fire your up! Clif Family Winery is owned by the same makers of Clif Bar; Gary and Kit Crawford are bikers, climbers, campers, and all-around mega senders. They decided to branch out into the wine business in 2004 and have been making bold, expressive wines with a noticeably Californian lean.
